Terms of Cancelation: There is a required 30 day notice to cancel our service. By canceling the service you agree to pay for any open billing. Clearwater Marketing Group, LLC DBA Dental Content Connection (Clearwater) is to be held harmless from loss of data, loss of web presence, third party claims or any other claims arising from Clearwater service. If end user wants to keep their website, arrangements need to be made within the 30 days from the cancelation date to pay for hosting ($360/year, billed every six months) otherwise the website will be removed from our server. Beyond 30 days, there will be no further notice from Clearwater and all website files will be removed from the server.
